Harvest Celebrations!

Last week Key Stage One celebrated Harvest Festival with a service that spread the true meaning of this special time of year. Each class presented a selection of poems, prayers and reflected on what they were thankful for. The children had worked hard to learn new songs over the course of this term and the singing was tremendous! The children especially enjoyed singing a song based on the ingredients for the most magnificent pizza. It was heart-warming to see the school hall packed with parents, friends, family and members of the community. Special thanks to all those who bought in donations of produce which will benefit those who may not be as fortunate as us.
