The children in Year 5 and Year 6 were lucky enough to have The Planetarium come to Saxilby. The children were able to go inside the dome and have the ultimate space experience. The children were able to learn some brilliant facts about the planets and other interesting facts about the Solar System. They were also lucky enough to have an excellent star gazing experience which allowed the children to learn about a number of constellations and get some great tips for star gazing. As well as all that it was a great opportunity for the children to ask any questions they had about Space.
